With over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership management, business development, and marketing strategy, Rosslyn's exceptional ability to foster innovation has been instrumental in elevating the magazine’s brand and outreach. From Hollywood beauty consultant to international advocate, she has pioneered the fight against domestic violence, founded Women Crowned in Glory DBA Safe Passage, and inspired thousands with her wisdom, faith, and fearless mindset. Driven by her passion for leadership, Gaby pursued entrepreneurship, starting her own business, GBella Beauty, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy, and a couple of other business ventures. Throughout her journey, Gaby Ballesteros stands firm in her beliefs and strives to empower other women to be their best selves. With over 10 years of leadership and community service, she is committed to inspiring others to dream big, work hard, and never give up. As a successful entrepreneur, she’s devoted to making a positive impact and helping others achieve their fullest potential.

She is the creator of You’re It Girl, a podcast that amplifies stories of resilience and reminds women that their past is not a limitation but a launchpad. Amanda believes that everyone has a story and by sharing ours, we find strength, healing, and the powerful reminder that we are not alone. She recently returned from Ecuador, where she worked hands-on with young girls rescued from trafficking, leading healing-centered activities to build confidence and hope. As a mother to her daughter Kennedy and a passionate voice for transformation, Amanda is proud and honored to serve on the board of The Inspired Voices.
